Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha is the Managing Director and Head of Special Situations- Asia and Head of Corporate Financing - India at Deutsche Bank. Abhay has played a pivotal role in the development of the Structured Finance business, particularly in South and Southeast Asia. He has extensive experience in special situations, which encompasses the provision of bespoke structured financing regardless of whether the opportunity lies in buoyant or distressed situations. He has been instrumental in developing and conceptualizing a plethora of financial products. He graduated from the National Law School of India, Bangalore.
