Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellations or refunds in your registration must be submitted in writing to (traveldeideaz@gmail.com).

  • Cancellation charges: SGD10 per visa
  • Refund charges: SGD 5 per visa

Any refunds will be processed and issued within 14 days after the transaction is confirmed and verified.

Documents Required:

  • ONLY Scanned copy of the passport – First four and last four pages.
  • Digital Photo passport size.
  • Photo Guidelines:
    • Photo must be taken with white background, full face forward facing, and upper shoulder visible.
    • Hair must not cover the eyes or the eyebrows
    • Spectacles frame must not reflect and the frame must not cover the eyes. Best to take the picture without spectacles.
    • Size and file type: 400 by 514 pixels, 100KB in size and JPEG format.
