CA. (Dr.) Durgesh Pandey is a Chartered Accountant and Doctorate in Forensic Accounting from prestigious National Forensic Sciences University India (NFSU) an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Having more than one-and-a-half-decade experience in advising clients in various areas; his exclusive practice is in the domain of Forensic Investigation of Financial Crime and Dispute Resolution. He has conducted fraud examinations in multiple countries. He has conducted Investigations on about 200+ cases of financial crime and dispute resolution. Appointments in most cases are by Law Enforcement Agencies for prosecution. He has conducted training for various officers like senior IAS Officers, IPS Officers, IRS officers, Enforcement Directorate, etc, and Police officers of more than 35+ Countries on the investigation of Financial Crime. He was part of the Expert Group for Developing Forensic Accounting and Investigation Standards, Implementation Guides, etc. of ICAI.
In addition to his practical work, Durgesh is an avid writer and regularly publishes papers in International Journals.
