Shri C. Ramachandra Rao is a post-graduate in Law from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. He is currently serving as General Manager, on deputation, and posted in the Legal Affairs Division at the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi. His career encompasses wide experience in various areas. He has practiced as an Advocate for 8 years. He had also served as Manager Deputy, at the Oriental Bank of Commerce and Deputy Manager-Legal at the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. He had also served as Recovery Officer at Debts Recovery Tribunal, Bangalore for a period of 3 years. He had worked in various capacities and in different departments viz., Legal affairs, HR, and Vigilance at the HO level. He also has a handful of experience in the conduct of various investigations, surprise inspections at various branches.
