Shri L.N. Gupta is currently serving as Hon'ble Member, Technical, in the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi. With an impressive track record, he has authored over 700 judgments during his tenure. His academic qualifications include a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics (1979) and an M.A. in Economics (1981) from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He furthered his education by obtaining an MBA Degree with Distinction from the University of Birmingham, UK, in 1999.
Shri L.N. Gupta has had a distinguished career as an IAS officer of the 1986 Batch. Over a period of 33 years, he served in various capacities within the Government of India as well as the Government of Odisha. He has held significant positions, including Principal Secretary, Skill Development and Technical Education, Odisha.
Additionally, he has garnered valuable experience by serving as Divisional Commissioner, District Magistrate, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, where he dealt with diverse matters such as Revenue issues, and CrPC cases, and managed various Law and Order situations.
