Mr. Anirudh Krishnan specializes in commercial/corporate dispute resolution and is highly ranked by Chambers and Partners in these areas. Being a law graduate from NALSAR, Hyderabad, and completed the BCL course from Oxford University, Anirudh is also a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
He handles a diverse range of legal matters, including commercial and public law litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory work for his firm. Anirudh has proven his expertise as the lead counsel in various high-profile cases before the Indian Supreme Court, numerous High Courts, statutory tribunals such as NCLAT and NCLT, and both domestic and international arbitral tribunals governed by various rules.
He is also a member of the Madras High Court Arbitration Committee, the drafting committee for the Mumbai Court of International Arbitration (MCIA), the Steering Committees of the Indi-Italian Chamber of Commerce, and the Young-MCIA.
He is also a Foreign Registered Lawyer with a right of audience at the Singapore International Commercial Court, a Registered Solicitor of England and Wales (Nonpracticing), and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
He was part of the Special Committees set up, at various points in time, by the Law Commission of India, advising on the amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and analysis of India’s model Bilateral Investment Treaties.
