With over 21 years of experience, Nirav possesses expertise in various areas such as governance & risk management, corporate finance, operations turnaround, performance improvement, and restructuring services, including mergers and acquisitions.
In the past seven years, he has focused on handling stressful situations and has been actively involved in multiple restructuring cases both within and outside the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). He has also been engaged in various insolvency and liquidation mandates. Additionally, he has experience in assisting corporates with fundraising mandates, encompassing both debt and equity. His core industry focus lies in the financial services, real estate, steel, and cement sectors.
He has extensive experience in handling matters related to operational turnaround, risk management, and corporate finance/restructuring in these sectors. Apart from these, he has also worked in the oil & gas, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), and manufacturing sectors.
